2016 - Crozet Virgina - For my retirement we went "top of the world" rental house. It's 1,300 ft above sea level overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains.
In Hope, NJ there is a place called "Land of Make Believe" by Rt 80. With rides for the little folk and things to do. In winter you can visit Santa's Workshop. These photos are from 1980's as my son graduated college in 2006

Someone decided to drag us to New York City.... after
a long trip, with kids attached, we saw the Rockefeller tree.
My wife dragged me to Niagara Falls. Her father worked
on the power plant there way back when. Nice place to visit and stay. This
is a night shot of the falls off the observation deck.
Looking over to the "Other" side from the falls. Nice
places to visit and walk around... Never got to go to that tower in the
picture. It's some sort of shop.
Shot of the bridge to Canada. Daytime is nice too.
While at the movies (in PA, yes, we go out of state to
go to the movies) a storm was brewing. I happened to have my camera.
